William Lew

Lew oversees fiscal policies for NAPS. Bill (William) consults with potential clients to assess the feasibility for establishing business process outsourcing operations with NAPS. Lew is adept at structuring agreements that are comfortable and flexible for clients. He is a former middle market commercial lender for Wells Fargo Bank in Oakland, CA. Lew holds a BA in economics from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, attended The General Course at the London School of Economics and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
Richard Jaime

Plans with Strategic Vision and a Global Perspective
Jaime manages plans for the sustainable growth of NAPS in Mexico and abroad. During his more than 20 years of experience in the maquiladora industry, Jaime has walked a diverse portfolio of companies through all aspects of start-up operations. Jaime is superbly qualified to evaluate whether projects are suitable for Mexico. Jaime holds a BA in management science from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from the University of San Diego.
Gloria Madrid
President, Chief Operating Officer – Mexico
Manages with in-depth, hands-on experience
Madrid has more than 35 years of experience in all levels of maquiladora administration including human resources in Mexico, U.S. and Mexican customs, Mexican accounting and government interface. Madrid is bilingual and bicultural.
Scott Stanley
Senior Vice President
Develops and implements strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure NAPS’ long-term success
Using his more than 15 years of executive management experience in the Aerospace, Medical Device and Industrial Components industries, Stanley manages the global sales, marketing and strategic growth initiatives for NAPS. Prior to joining NAPS, Scott held the position of Co-Founder and VP of Sales and Marketing for a digital marketing firm servicing the Medical industry. Scott has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and an MBA from Villanova University.
Daniel Grone
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Proactively leads with passion and commitment towards excellence.
Grone joined NAPS in 2019 and has worked within the maquiladora industry for 11 years. He obtained his BA in Accounting, Finance & CPA at California State University Northridge. Using his prior experience as a NAPS client he has a balanced perspective on what it takes to create a winning environment for our clients and NAPS.
Danny West
Vice President, Business Development
Provides leadership by developing and implementing mutually beneficial strategic partnerships between NAPS and the client.
Danny manages Business Development activities at NAPS and has more than 15 years of experience of business development leadership roles in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and Mining Manufacturing Industries. Danny has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Utah and an MBA from Syracuse University.
